Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

Kenetix services may be used only for lawful business purposes by authorised representatives of legitimately operating companies. All use must be consistent with the terms of any applicable Sales Engagement Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations in the client's operating jurisdiction.

Prohibited Activities

• Misrepresenting your business, offer, or legal authority to engage Kenetix
• Providing fraudulent lead data or falsified prospect information
• Using Kenetix services to promote illegal products or services
• Violating any consumer protection, telemarketing, or privacy law in your jurisdiction
• Using Kenetix communications infrastructure for unsolicited mass outreach not covered by the engagement scope
• Directing Kenetix staff to make claims that are false, misleading, or not authorised in writing
• Sharing proprietary Kenetix processes, frameworks, scripts, or systems with third parties
• Attempting to circumvent agreed commission tracking or payment obligations
• Engaging in any conduct designed to defraud Kenetix, its personnel, or third parties
• Interfering with the operational systems or personnel capacity of Kenetix

Compliance Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Kenetix services complies with all applicable laws in their operating market, including but not limited to telemarketing regulations, consumer protection statutes, data privacy laws, and financial services regulations where applicable. Kenetix does not provide legal compliance advice.

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services, forfeiture of any fees already paid, referral for legal action, and public disclosure where required by law. Kenetix reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this policy at its sole reasonable discretion.

Reporting

Suspected violations of this policy may be reported to compliance@getkenetix.com. Kenetix takes all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
