Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This policy governs all refund and cancellation matters relating to Kenetix services provided by Studio9 LLC. By engaging Kenetix, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

1. General Position

Kenetix services involve the deployment of experienced personnel, time, proprietary process infrastructure, and strategic resources from the moment engagement begins. Refunds are not available for services already rendered, time already committed, or work already delivered.

2. Project-Based Engagements

For fixed-scope engagements, including but not limited to the Offer Architecture System and Sales Infrastructure builds, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Commencement is defined as the delivery of any initial materials, scheduled calls, intake reviews, or completed deliverables.

3. Retainer and Ongoing Services

For retainer-based arrangements, cancellation must be submitted in writing to engagements@getkenetix.com with a minimum of 30 days notice. Fees already invoiced and paid for active service periods are non-refundable. No partial period refunds are issued.

4. Commission-Based Arrangements

Commission-based services carry no upfront fee to cancel. Either party may terminate a commission arrangement with 30 days written notice. Any commissions earned prior to the notice period remain due and payable under the applicable Sales Engagement Agreement.

5. Disputed Charges

Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with a financial institution, clients are required to contact Kenetix directly at compliance@getkenetix.com to allow a reasonable resolution period of at least 10 business days. Chargebacks filed without prior written notice may result in immediate termination of all active engagements and referral for collection.

6. Cancellation Process

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to engagements@getkenetix.com. Verbal cancellations, social media messages, or requests submitted through channels other than the designated email are not valid. Written confirmation from Kenetix is required for any cancellation to take effect.

7. Force Majeure

Kenetix will not issue refunds for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, platform outages by third-party providers, or communications failures outside Kenetix's infrastructure.

8. Exceptions

Refund exceptions, if any, are made at the sole discretion of Studio9 LLC management and are not precedent-setting. Any agreed exception will be documented in writing.
